How to Rent?

Follow these simple steps to book your device

Check Availability

Send us a message with your preferred device and rental dates.

Get a Quotation

If the device and dates are available, we'll send you a quotation.

Submit Your Details

Make sure you've read our Terms and Conditions carefully. Then, fill out the Google Form we'll provide and upload the following:
  • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
  • Clear video selfie holding your IDs and a handwritten note on a piece of paper saying: "For Rentals by K — [your rental period from pick-up date to return date]"
    Example: For Rentals by K — December 11 to December 15, 2024
  • Two (2) recent billing statements with the same surname and address as your ID (e.g., Meralco, water, internet bills, or shopping app transactions)
  • Optional: Travel proof for out-of-town or international rentals (e-ticket or booking receipt)
  • Proof of payment (full or downpayment) – Get 4% discount when you complete full payment upon submitting the booking form
  • Accomplished rental agreement (attached in the Google Form)

Wait for Confirmation

Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll confirm your booking.

Settle Your Balance Before Pick-up

Settle your balance before rental pick-up. We'll send real-time photos and videos of the device and all its inclusions before release.

Reminders

Only renters who have submitted all required documents can proceed with their booking. Missing documents may delay or cancel your reservation.
Reservation fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from your total balance.
